Parkinson & Movement Disorder Alliance is an independent, national non-profit dedicated to providing opportunities to people with movement disorders to learn, live more fully, and spark meaningful connections around them. Beginning Steps
With our main audience being men and women with movement disorders, their initial sign up with PD&Me had to be accessible and easy to use. With that in mind, we built out a series of gentle interview-type questions with big and bold buttons to help the user enter their personal information and filter through PMD Alliance’s many offerings to land on a set of communities or groups that fit their needs and interests.

As we build out the PD&ME app there are multiple key touchpoints for the users. The primary one being the landing page as the entry point for the user. Using simple graphics and spiffy text while taking into account our user group, we’ve built out a landing page with a user’s personalized highlights, from personalized “today’s groups”, “special for you” groups to personalized tracking data.
