Luke Jackson

Paper and glue on stone

This creature is purely a result of its environment. Evolved to wear the camouflage of his surroundings and covered in adaptation.  It dreams in color, but the survival instinct is incognizant.

Luke Jackson is a mixed media artist from Riverside, CA and Curator here at Mind & Mill. His current work is in analogue collage. The sources of the items used in his pieces often play a larger role then the content they provide. The materials used are consequence of his personal life. The arrangement is his version of events. They are moments of scattered nothings captured tangibly.
